Paragon assisted Fedex in organising a new experience for their top clients in Europe by creating a unique weekend itinerary around the world-renowned Edinburgh Royal Military Tattoo.
Paragon ensured all guests were met at Edinburgh Airport and transferred to Edinburgh’s premier 5-star hotel, The Balmoral, where they checked into rooms overlooking Edinburgh Castle. That weekend guests enjoyed a Michelin-starred meal, golf at Gleneagles, treatments at The Balmoral’s award-winning spa and a tour of the Scotch Whisky Heritage Centre before enjoying VIP hospitality at the Military Tattoo.
An advertising agency wanted to reward their top staff for the year’s work. As keen golfers, the group stayed in the newly refurbished golf suites at the Palmeraie Golf Palace in Marrakech. The group enjoyed a jeep safari to Richard Branson’s Atlas Mountain retreat - the Kasbah Tamadot - for lunch before being treated to a party in the desert. Highlights also included dinner at the magnificent Palais Soleiman and a party at Nikki Beach.
BBC Children in Need 'An Evening with the stars'
Paragon are very proud to organise the annual BBC Children in Need ‘An Evening with the Stars’ black tie event at the luxurious Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane. Paragon have organised this for the past 4 years, raising over £700,000 for this amazing charity. In 2014 a record 1,200 guests walked up the red carpet to support the charity. Excellent performances from the likes of Gareth Malone’s All Star Choir, Britain's Got Talent’s Jack Pack, Tony Hadley and “Legends of Sport do Strictly” stole the show. Guests enjoyed a five-star 4-course dinner with complimentary drinks and world-class entertainment. It is an evening like no other.
Daikin Brazil Incentive
Daikin, the Air-Conditioning specialist, appointed Paragon to arrange an incentive trip for some of their most successful staff and customers based around the World Cup in Brazil. A twin centre incentive trip was organised for 50 guests, all flying from the UK to Brazil for five days. As well as organising fun-filled activities, Paragon ensured that guests dined at high-end traditional restaurants and enjoyed delicious Brazilian food throughout their stay. Two Paragon event managers were present throughout the entire trip to ensure that everything ran smoothly.
QBE Autumn Internationals
QBE, the sponsor of England’s Autumn Rugby Internationals, tasked Paragon with managing the guest experience for their 2,000 hospitality guests. Paragon created an experience which drove QBE’s core messaging and values to ensure all of those that attended left with a lasting and positive impression of QBE. The “We Mean Business Locker Room Experience”, which gave QBE’s guests a taste of what is like to prepare for an England International, was developed, designed and built by Paragon. The experience was rated “Excellent” by over 90% of guests in the post-event survey and exceeded all KPI’s set by QBE.
The Captains' Dinner
Paragon were proud to organise, host and manage The Captains’ Dinner at the iconic Tower of London, with England Cricket Captain Alastair Cook and England Rugby Captain Chris Robshaw. Guests enjoyed a bubbly reception within The White Tower followed by a 3-course seated dinner hosted by the legendary Martin Bayfield. During the evening Martin invited Alastair Cook, Chris Robshaw, Paul Merson and Graeme Swann up on stage for a Q&A. Pub Landlord Al Murray provided excellent comedy to top off a memorable evening.
Rugby in 2015
Paragon can create and organise bespoke Rugby Screenings for between 50 and 250 people. Working with you, we can find the most suitable location, create and brand the space to suit your needs, create a menu to fit your budget and organise for it to be hosted by past rugby greats.
Interxion Christmas Celebration
Interxion, a leading data provider, approached Paragon about creating a unique Christmas party for their customers and staff. Paragon created a magical experience for 100 people over two dates at Eight Members Club and The Boundary Restaurant. Guests were treated to stunning food, festive cocktails and top-class entertainment. Interxion were delighted with the results and feedback for the event from their customers and staff was excellent.
Interactive Data Conference
Paragon were proud to organise Interactive Data’s annual conference, held at the Grange St Pauls Hotel. 250 delegates were welcomed to this stunning venue to experience a 2-day theatre-style event with overnight stay and a gala awards dinner on one evening. The delegates were blown away by a talk from Steve Redgrave and private hire of the ClubTEN, a stylish private members’ club in St Paul’s, to dance out the evening.
